KEY QUESTIONS

Identified scope of the project and collaborated with leadership to define company values, goals and short/long term objects. Current State journey map created for the tenant representation process, with future iterations to include other brokerage representation tracts. Future State tenant representation journey map created to define the strategy development for goals, gaps, and technology opportunities and improvements. User interviews conducted, with quantitative and qualitative results presented. New cloud based software technology identified and implemented with employee training. An current cloud based software technology optimized for efficiency and use among employees. New partnerships identified to enhance strategic plan, and ease implementation burden. A high-fidelity website prototype created with enhanced UX/UI elements, and incorporating new strategic systems. A new position was created, culminating in a new hire to continue the overall strategic design process, where appropriate.
