Assessed key questions, goals, and objectives for expanding the current business to align with future objectives. Three overarching objectives of user engagement and preferences; user experience and interaction design; and content relevance and value perceptions were researched for a future website implementation strategy. Multiple brand guides were created and assessed among users, culminating in a final guide. Card sorting, surveys & questionnaires, and user interviews were conducted with questions collectively aimed at gaining insight into user habits, preferences, and expectations of food-related online platforms. A site map, wireframe and high-fidelity prototype was created utilizing brand guide expectations and future sample content. An overall strategy was created with steps for current and future implementation and iterations, content growth, and current business expansion.
